Consent to the processing of personal data
Hereby, in compliance with the requirements of applicable law, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, I give my consent to PT. Sinergi Wahana Gemilang, a limited liability company registered and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia with its registered at The H Tower, 11th floor, Unit 11D, Kuningan, Jl. H. R. Rasuna Said Kav. C20, RT.1/RW.5, Karet Kuningan, South Jakarta, 10220, Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as Sinergi Wahana Gemilang) for processing my personal data specified at the appropriate web-form.
As part of the processing of personal data on the basis of this consent, the Sinergi Wahana Gemilang has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), extract, use, transfer (grant, access) to affiliated persons and partners of the Sinergi Wahana Gemilang (including Joint Stock Company Positive Technologies); depersonalize, block, delete, destroy personal data. Sinergi Wahana Gemilang has the right to process personal data using automation tools, as well as to carry out mixed processing of your personal data.
The consent is valid until the purpose of processing personal data is achieved, after which the personal data, in the absence of other legal grounds for processing it by the Sinergi Wahana Gemilang, will be deleted.
